TGIF – June 29, 2012

It’s time for TGIF again, thanks to Ginger at GReads!

So this week’s TGIF topic is:
Best I’ve Read So Far: We’re half way through the year (crazy how time  flies!), which top 3 books are the best you’ve read so far this year?

Wow, there were some tough choices, but I think these are the ones that stand out so far!

Some really close ones worth mentioning: Wither by Lauren DeStefano, Frostbite by Richelle Mead, The Scorch Trials by James Dashner, Struck by Jennifer Bosworth, Monument 14 by Emmy Laybourne, 1st to Die by James Patterson, Vengeance in Death by JD Robb

I have both If I Stay and Where She went but I haven’t yet read them, or One Moment, but I loved Pandemonium too!

    Thanks for stopping by!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Where She Went – I mean, i love If I Stay too, but Where She Went was just perfection on top of it all. Adam and Mia simultaneously break and make my heart. And I reaaaally need to get started on the Delirium/Pandemonium series – did you see the cover for Requiem? I’m loving all the covers together.

Thank you for stopping by, happy friday!

I loved Pandemonium too 🙂 Hadn’t heard of the other two. This blog hop’s opened my eyes to all the amazing books I haven’t read yet.

Ooh, so you liked Pandemonium? I haven’t read it yet, though I liked Delirium.

I love the In Death Series, but I haven’t read any of the others on your list – I think I’ll check them out and see if any grab me 🙂

I was excited to read Where She Went after If I Stay, but I just couldn’t related to the characters. They both seemed to make some bad choices, and I couldn’t really say I understood why, even if I disagreed with them.

I haven’t gotten to Pandemonium yet, just Delirium. I thought it was enjoyable, but it didn’t have the feel of a dystopian.
