Oh my gosh! I love almost every book you have up there! Especially the Stephanie Perkins, Gayle Forman and Richelle Mead ones…oh and Of Poseidon. I can’t believe you’ve read Just One Day! I sooo can’t wait for that one! Love her books! I will definitely be stalking your blog tomorrow for the review!!
What an amazing list Brittany! Thank you so much for including me! <3
Absolutely!!!! 🙂
Such a great list!!! I meant to get to Stephanie Perkins and Lauren Morrill this year… but alas, they will probably be 2013 reads 🙂
So many great authors!! Richelle Mead was on my list too – I loved VA(just finishing up book#5) and I can’t wait to read what else she has!! Awesome list – thanks for sharing!
Great list! I still need to read Gayle Forman’s books and Lauren DeStefano’s books. Your 5-7 authors are also on mine this week.
My TTT post 🙂
I needed the reminder to read Fever- I enjoyed Wither much more than I thought I would.
I think I want to read just about everything you have listed–I did read Vampire Academy last month and enjoyed it, but I don’t know if I liked it enough to keep reading the series.
I think tons of people discovered Stephanie Perkins this year. I’ve seen her on so many lists – she is definitely on mine. I’ve also seen Katja Millay on a few lists. I seriously need to read The Sea of Tranquility.
Here’s hoping we discover tons of new authors in 2013!
Great list! Some of these authors were new to me in 2012 as well. And some will be new to me in 2013!
The only one we share is Stephanie Perkins, but a lot of the other ones you have listed are authors I plan on reading soon!
My library finally got Stephanie Perkin’s books in, I’m excited to read them! 🙂 My TTT list: http://aliceinreaderland.wordpress.com/2012/12/10/top-ten-favorite-new-to-me-authors-i-read-in-2012/

I am dying to see what Katja Millay does next… Sea of Tranquility was really beautiful, but if she follows it up with another good one, then I’ll be sold!
Same here!!!!
Wow. I feel all out of the loop since I rarely read YA. I have like no concept of any of these books. Except Grave Mercy. Is that the one about nun assassins?
Yes! It actually sounds kind of hokey, but it really pretty amazing.
Whoa you read some great authors this year! Mead, Perkins and Forman are some of my all-time faves, and I need to catch up with Shadow and Bone and Grave Mercy soon.
Great picks! Stephenie Perkins also made mine and some of these I already read last year. I want to read Grave Mercy and Sweet Evil since I have heard such great things, and Tiger Lily is definitely on my TBR soon. My TTT.

I have yet to read Gayle Forman! I know that I must! Grave Mercy would be on my list too and I really loved Of Poseidon (working on my review now!)
Yay! Your list is so great!!! ALSO!!! I can let you borrow Fire since you’re letting me borrow Reached! 🙂
Great offer, but I actually bought a copy at a book sale back in the summer. Just haven’t gotten around to it yet! Oops!!! 🙂 Maybe if you have Bitterblue after I read Fire??
Boo, don’t have Bitterblue yet. Want it to complete my collection though! One day I’ll have a book you can borrow! 🙂
Awesome choices!
I really think I want to read Shadow & Bone because everyone loved it, but isn’t Gayle Forman amazing. I’m so jealous you got Just One Day. 🙁 Glad you liked it though.
I’ve only read the books by Mead from your list. I’ll definitely have to check out a few books by the other authors.
Mead was new to me too, but I still need to start the VA series.
I can’t wait to read JUST ONE DAY by Gayle Foreman!
