I bought Graceling AGES ago when it was the $0.99 book of the day on Amazon and I still haven’t gotten around to reading it. I have seen nothing but good things about it so hopefully I’ll have some time one of these days. I did the same with Grave Mercy and The Sky Is Everywhere – bought them but haven’t read them. I’m terrible with that.

I haven’t read any of Julie Kagawa’s Iron Fey series but I loved loved loved The Immortal Rules.

Awesome! I’ve heard Julie Kagawa’s works are really great. I’m looking forward to getting into those! I have The Immortal Rules on my TBR list and I’ll get around to it eventually 🙂 I’ve heard so many good things about all of these – I’m so giddy to read!

You got some great books! I’ve heard about The Iron King. I have The Immortal Rules on my TBR list.. I figure that will give me a taste of Kagawa’s style before I decide on whether I want to read her Iron Fey series.

Thanks! I actually heard from a couple people that they even liked the Iron Fey series better than the Immortal Rules so I’m anxious to read both and see what I think as well 🙂

Grave Mercy took a long while to get into rhythm but once it did, it was awesome. I actually liked Fire better than Graceling so I’m curious to know your thoughts about it. Have fun reading!

This list of books makes me SO uber happy I can’t even say! Your library books you’ve got checked out are all amazingly awesome and I can’t wait to hear what you think about them, especially The Sky is Everywhere and Grave Mercy (easily two of my newest favorites!). I think you’re going to be in for a real treat when you get to the Princess Diaries. That’s one of my favorite series!

Oh, and I also got The Fallen Star, but I forgot to put it on my IMM this past week bc I’m horrible about remembering e-books for it, lol. Look forward to what you think about it.

I understand getting way too many books since I buy them so much faster than I can read them! I want to read The Princess Diaries as well since I’ve seen the movies (I have a special shelf for books that were turned into movies). Great haul!

Thanks! I know, I’m so bad about getting new books. I should really just stop, but I can’t!! Let’s face it, I’ll never be caught up! 🙂

    Graceling is AWESOME!

Have you read The Princess Diaries before? If not, they are enjoyable but they aren’t like the Disney movies at all. Be prepared for something much more mature! It was quite a shock for tween me to read them.

    1. Brittany

Yes, I just started Graceling and I am really enjoying it so far!!
I have not read the Princess Diaries before. That’s good to know that it’s not like the movie! I liked the movies, but I think I’m glad they’re more mature! I’m very interested to read 🙂
