I think I say it nearly every month but this month FLEW by. I feel like I had a good reading month and did a lot of catching up on review copies, re-reads, and a bunch of other things I wanted to read. I still wasn’t knocking books out left and right but I feel like I read a significant amount and the fact that I feel accomplished and satisfied is a win right there!
- Number of Books Read: 10! That’s a pretty good month!
- Popular Search Terms: “books like harry potter” and “books like anna and the french kiss” // “best friends romance books” // “the lunar chronicles personality test”
- More Amusing Search Terms: “clash of kings cake” // “alina starkov mbti” (Love!) // “broken heart boy crying” (I don’t even…?) // “fixer role with addicts” (Ahh. No.)
- Most Referrals (non-social media): The Broke and the Bookish, Rather Be Reading, GReads!
- Where My Blog Most Often Leads You (non-internal/social media): MTBI Personality Test, Harry Potter MBTI Chart, Uppercase Box
- The most popular post this month was my reading recommendation list for those who liked Divergent!
- As usual, my guide to crossover books is still in the tops!
- I came up with a chart of YA characters according to MBTI personality type with a little Myers-Briggs meets YA!

Yay! Definitely looking forward to an interview with Mindy McGinnis! I can’t wait to hear more from her and have you pick her brain 🙂 Sounds like September was a great month, and October is gearing up to be fantastic too!
Looks like you had a great reading month. I really, really want to read Illuminae. I have heard such great things about it.
Love your bookstagram photos! I need to try and remember to Instagram more about the books I’m reading. I’m looking forward to your Fortnight of Fright posts – ack – totally forgot about it and meant to join in the fun 🙂
I hear nothing but good things about Illuminae 🙂 I’m starting to get more excited for it (but oh, how I hate that cover..) I look forward to the interview with Mindy McGinnis, she quickly made her way to my favorite-authors and auto-buy-authors lists!
Happy October 😀
